Product: HP Officejet 6500A Plus

Hi, i haven't used my printer for a while. I've changed the 4 cartridges and cleaned all parts that i could clean.

Now i always get the same error code 0xc19a0020. Printer asked me to seset it, what i've done without succes. It even told me that the cartridges were fake, but they aren't. They are from HP.

 

What can i do to fix it?

Welcome to the HP Support Community. 

 

Appreciate you trying the steps. This is a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

 

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
