Product: Hp4520

Magenta not working, ink levels say that they are OK, but prints have no magenta. 

I have done all the troubleshooting.

@RadgedRich, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

I understand Magenta is not printing. 

 

Perform steps 10, 13, and 8 respectively from this document to resolve print quality issues. 

Note: Clean the ink cartridges up to 2 times for better print quality.

 

If the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options.

I have already performed these steps. 

Printer still not working right. 

Printer was working fine for a number of documents then just stopped  using magenta all of a sudden.

Rest of documents looked washed out.

@RadgedRich, that's unfortunate. Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options as this is a hardware issue.
