Operating System: Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan

Hi, I have just installed brand new ink sent from insta ink but the black doesn't work. Colour installed and works fine. Any ideas?

Are there any error messages on the computer screen or flashing lights on the printer?  If there are error lights or messages I would suggest the steps shown in the document here.  

 

If there are no error messages but the black prints poorly or not at all I would suggest the troubleshooting steps in the document here.

 

If you need to have the cartridge replaced the document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink cartridges.  Log into the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower right of the opening screen.

I would suggest going through the appropriate troubleshooting steps listed above before calling as this may resolve the issue more quickly.
