Hi
I have received replacement 64/303 Instant Ink cartridges as part of the welcome pack for my HP ENVY 6234. However I do not beleive these are compatible. The ones supplied with the printer were just 303.
Having installed the colour cartidge the printer reports there's a problem which I'm assuming means the cartridge is incorrect.
Could anyone please confirm this is the case and how do I go about obtaining a replacement order?

I understand when you install the ink cartridges you are getting incompatible ink cartridge error on your printer.
Also, I understand your concern and situation you are into. So don't worry I'll try to help you out.
Have you tried checking with regular ink cartridges does the issue persist?
Do you get any ink cartridge error on your printer?
I have checked the specifications of your printer and the ink cartridges you received are compatible with your printer.
Refer the laptop specifications page for more information. Click Here
Try updating the printer firmware and check if it helps.
Update the printer firmware using this link. Click Here
Try cleaning the ink cartridge and printhead contacts.
Also, refer this article to further troubleshoot ink cartridge error on your printer. Click Here
If you have not received the replacement ink cartridges yet. Please share out few details in a private message, so I can check your account details and initiate an order to ship you the replacement ink cartridges.
