Has anybody figured out why this is happening?  I called HP today and they told me it's an issue with my router.  Funny thing...  I have a lot of technology in my house connected to that router and nothing else is having as many issues as this instant ink website.

I would send you a message back with all of that information but the website won't let me.  It says I've reached the maximum amount of private messages that I'm allowed to send.  I've never sent any.  Thank you for your attempt to help me.  I'm no longer interested in this service as I just ordered my own ink from HP.com.  I should have done that to begin with and saved myself the 5.00 startup for instant ink, the headache, and the hassle.
