Hi,

 

i use instant ink with printer and tried one of the three cartridges from instant ink.

 

The first error message was missing or broken cartridge.

After the secondy try to install the cartridge, I have an error code and the printer is not responding any longer.

 

... now I reinstalled the empty catridge, no errors.

Printer: HP OfficeJet 6950

 

The instant ink cartridge must be defective. (Tested only one of three from the package.)

 

The whatsapp support is not responding and I could not get a recall.

Support is unreachable!

I understand you are not able to print due to this error. Which ink cartridge is defective? 

Insert one ink cartridge at a time to identify the defective ink cartridge.

 

Make sure the ink cartridges are properly inserted in the printer, you may refer to - Replace HP inkjet printer cartridges

 

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - Ink cartridge error

 

If the issue persists, to assist you better, I would need some information related to your Instant Ink Subscription. This information cannot be shared on a public post.
