Product: HP Envy 4520

I subscribed to HP Instant Ink again (after a brief hiatus), and a week ago, I received my starter ink. I decided to install it now, but the ink cartridges seem bigger than my non-Instant Ink cartridges. In fact, the name of the ink cartridge is 63/302, whereas my other cartridges just say 302. I don't remember my previous instant ink cartridges being called 63/302 either. The ink cartridge doesn't fit in the latch. 

 

Can I know why this happened even though  the computer knew the printer name, details, etc, and therefore shouldn't have delivered the wrong ink, and how I can fix the issue.

Never mind; disregard/delete this question.

 

I just needed to move the hatches to the right where there was more space, haha.

Yea the Instant Ink cartridges are bigger than regular cartridges and sometimes a little tricky to snap in place. Just FYI a YouTube support video that may help
