How to call instant ink to discuss defective cartridge.

I clicked on talk to agent and instead of giving me a number it said try back tomorrow.

So while at work, if I had the number, I could move forward, but now I have to go back through the diagnostics to get a real person I hope - the virtual assistant is a dead end. The instant ink should have a way after logon to deal with this. I did all the diagnostics, utilities, and fixes and I still get skipped lines. A print of a vertical bar shows a repetitive pattern of lost lines that looks like a bar code. At the top of the pattern are a lot of lost lines, many fewer at the bottom of the pattern.
