I bought the Deskjet 2630 printer, which comes with a three month free trial to Instant Ink. That's one of the main reasons I bought this printer. However, during the setup, the "Welcome!" page which is supposed to give one the Instant Ink free trial code printed out in German (my locale is en_GB). When I tried entering the code on the printout into the offers part of signing up to Instant Ink I was told that the code was invalid. I presume that the code is tied to locale and there was just some software error which gave me the wrong code.
I'd like a new and valid 3-month Instant Ink free-trial code, please. I'm happy to supply the bogus code to an HP support person via email!
By the time this support ticket is answered I'll be outside of the 7 day period in which one can claim the Instant Ink free trial, but since the code was invalid through no fault of my own, I hope this can be extended and that I can still go ahead with the free three months!

Greetings!
Welcome to the HP Support Community. This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries. I have reviewed your post and I understand, there's an issue with the enrollment.
Appreciate you trying the steps. Don't worry, I'm here to help!
The code on the Welcome sheet is the printer's claim code. If the claim code was printed 48 hours ago, I'd suggest printing the code again.
We need to remove and then re-enable Web Services. An info page prints with a new printer code.
Let's try these steps -
1) From the printer control panel, press the Wireless button and the Information button together to print the network configuration page.
2) Find out the IP address or hostname of the printer from the network configuration page.
3) In a supported web browser on your computer, type the IP address or hostname assigned to the printer.
For example, if the IP address is 192.168.0.12, type the following address into a Web browser: http://192.168.0.12.
4) Click the Web Services tab, and then click Remove Web Services in the Web Services Settings section.
5) Click Remove Web Services.
6) Click Yes to remove Web Services from your printer.
7) Restart the printer and the computer.
8) Login to the printer's page again and then click on the Web Services tab.
9) In the Web Services Settings section, click Setup, click Continue and follow the onscreen instructions to accept the terms of use.
10) If prompted, choose to allow the printer to check for and install printer updates
11) When the printer is connected to the server, the printer prints an information page. Follow the instructions on the information page to finish the setup.
