I just re-signed up for Instant Ink after being gone from it for a couple of years. Ive only been using black ink in my printer and no longer have a color cartridge installed. My issue is that Instant ink is telling me that it cannot ship a color cartridge due to the fact that there is no color cartridge installed. How do i get that color cartridge shipped to me at the same time as my black cartridge?

Welcome back to the HP Instant Ink program, that said, we recommend using both instant ink cartridges at the same, for the program to work on automatically replacing the cartridges, since you no longer have the color cartridge, I could help you get the replacement manually using a few of your details that I'll need.

- Your HP Instant Ink account page contains the data on past deliveries and estimated shipments.
- It also helps you understand what state your cartridges are in based on HP's data,
- Any issues will be shown with its solution using a step by step approach, to make it easier for you!
Please check your account page to see the latest cartridge information by signing into your account at "instantink.com".
