I have a 300 pages per month subscription and have mangaged to accumulate over 500 rollover pages.
If I downgrade to a lower monthly subscription will I lose these 500 pages or do they stay on my account until I have used them?

Welcome to the HP Support Community!
If you downgrade from a 300 pages plan to a 100 pages plan, Unfortunately, you will be getting only 200 pages as rollover (double the selected plan).
If you do not use all your plan pages in a month, the unused pages will be kept in your account as rollover pages. Your rollover pages are available as long as you are enrolled in HP Instant Ink. You can continue to roll over up to two times the number of pages in your monthly plan (for example, you can roll over up to 100 pages if you are enrolled in a 50-page plan).
