So I click on a link in your instantink email, and the link is a button labelled "UPGRADE YOUR PLAN" and it takes me to a page and NOWHERE ON THE PAGE DOES IT TELL ME HOW TO UPGRADE MY PLAN. My question is: WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE? I have been using HP printers for decades and the one thing that has remained unchanged is a crappy website. There are good high school graduates out there. Why don't you hire one?
