I have two unused cartridges that were sent to me.  If I change my plan to a plan with fewer pages, will the cartridges that I have still work?  I actually wanted to quit, but then I discovered that the cartridges that I have won't work any more.  By the way, it drives me crazy that there is no way to get information from the company itself on this question.  The only way I could ask this question is on the forum because the virtual assistant is useless.

Hi:

If you live in the USA/Canada, I suggest you call the HP instant ink support number at 855-785-2777 and hopefully someone that actually works for HP can give you an answer to your question.

Yes, You can still print even if you change the plan to fewer pages.

Yes. There is no obligation or commitment beyond your first month. You may cancel your service or change plans at any time without penalty. To change your plan or cancel your service, sign in at hpinstantink.com. Expand the My Plan section and click Edit, next to HP Instant Ink Plan. You can choose to make a plan upgrade effectively immediately and retroactively apply to the current billing cycle, or have the upgrade take effect the first day of the next billing cycle. Plan downgrade changes and cancellation are effective the first day of the next billing cycle. For more details, see the HP Instant Ink Terms of Service.
