Hi I purchased this printer a couple of days ago. I’m now setting it up and when I get to the end of registration, it says nothing about the 5 month free trial being included although this is displayed on the printer and on the site I purchased from (Argos). How do I get this?

Hi I purchased a HP ENVY 5032 yesterday (24/04/2020) and set up everything and I'm trying to do the registration today (25/04/2020) when I get to the end of registration, it says nothing about the 5 month free trial being included although this is displayed on the printer and on the site I purchased from (Currys / PC World).
