HI, I'm on Instant Ink, but am now getting errors from my tri-colour cartridge so can't print. Printer Utility on my Mac says Incompatible Inks, but they are both HP originals from Instant Ink. The error was previously with the black one, so I bought an HP replacement for that as the error messages were preventing the printer from re-ordering automatically; now its moved to the colour one. I updated the firmware a couple of months back, plus have run through all the help board on here. I've never actually received any cartridges from instant Ink apart from the first lot. Are you able to send me new ones please? I've been paying for over 2 years.
