Instant ink cartridge has not arrived

Hi. I have an instant ink account and my colour cartridge needs replacing. Apparently I was supplied one when I check the status. It was around the time I moved house so fear it has got lost somewhere. I need a replacement. I am quite happy to pay for it via my instant ink account. I have tried looking on line at my account details etc on instant ink web site but can not find away of requesting a replacement or contacting instant ink to resolve. Can some one please provide me with a phone number or email for instant ink support. There are references to a “chat” button but I can not find this anywhere.Thank you.
