HP deskjet 2622

I've just bought a deskjet 2622 printer. I'm trying to sign up to instant ink but dont understand which series the printer comes into. Is it 2620 that I need? The box says 2600 series so I'm confused. Thanks in advance

@Bear9,

Welcome to the HP Forums 🙂 I would like to take a moment and thank you for using this forum, it is a great place to find answers. For you to have the best experience on the HP forum, you could also visit our HP Forums Guide for First Time Here? Learn How to Post and More. I see from your post you are having issues enrolling your Printer into the Instant ink program. Don't worry we're here to help you.

As you have mentioned in your post that you have purchased a HP DeskJet 2622 printer and this printer is not listed in the list of eligible printers. However, this printer falls under HP DeskJet 2600 Series, so you can choose HP DeskJet 2600 Series while enrolling your printer.

Here's the list of eligible printers: https://instantink.hpconnected.com/us/en/ (Click on Check to see if your HP printer works with Instant Ink ▸)

I would suggest you can go through this support document for -  HP Printers - Enrolling in HP Instant Ink
