HP DeskJet 3762
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello. I think I have been sent the wrong cartridges. I have an HP DeskJet 3762 and the cartridges that came with it are labelled 304. I was sent the Tri-color 63/302 and the Black 63/302. When I put them into the printer they stick out so much that the printer door cannot be closed. I am sure they are inserted correctly as they click into place.
