So I have the hp Deskjet 2722e I am ready to throw it out Ive had this for a while and have had nothing but problems it’s on the wi fi it’s telling me I can’t enroll on the instant ink because the cartridges are not correct I have checked they are correct I was sent them by the instant ink I’ve downloaded every software I can I’ve updated everything and I’m getting now where help

I'm sorry, I do not quite understand the situation here. You say you are trying to enroll the printer in Instant Ink and also say that the ink cartridges in the printer are Instant Ink cartridges sent by HP?

You might be using the ink cartridges that came with the printer - Instant Ink ready. Is this correct? Check the label on the ink.

 

Kindly elaborate on the issue for better assistance.

 

If you are trying to enroll the printer, refer to - Enrolling in HP Instant Ink

 

Once the printer is enrolled, you will receive Instant Ink cartridges from HP.

Trust me I don’t understand what’s going on on the app it says the printer has been enrolled when I click on the information button it prints out and says it’s not enrolled I have been going back and forth with this my first printer was Hp and I used instant ink it was great didn’t have this problem

On the printer information page. it says the printer is not connected to the internet.

For Instant Ink to work, the printer has to be connected to the internet.

If the printer is already enrolled, You may log in to your HP Instant Ink account page from here to confirm the same.

 

If the suggested information can't be found, please send me a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
