Saw this issue posted in Aug of 2023, but no responses. My printer is intermittently printing upside down from both paper trays. The issue started out with maybe one instance every 20 pages or so, but it is now happening more frequently. These are all single side documents and many are checks which have to then be reprinted.

Which driver are you using?

 

On your PC go to: control panel>devices and printers (if windows 11 you must right click on the icon and select open)> right click on the icon for your printer and select printer properties from the drop down menu. Click on the about tab and report back what driver you have.
