I can't scan documents to.my email when using the scan to email app. I get an error that says "there was an internal processing error. Please retry or manually check the firmware updates" How do I fix this?

I have the same problem with a Pro9015 printer. I've rebooted after waiting 60 seconds with the power cord disconnected, installed the HP Smart App' and checked the firmware there and it says it's up to date. Used to work fine. HELP!

@Pumpandtri Please create your own post and provide a more detailed description of what is happening. Tagging into another post with a different problem is not likely to yield as many views.
