Introductory Cartridges

How can I get the introductory cartridges for my new HD C7250 printer, or bypass this and get the printer started using other method?

• The ink cartridges that go with the printers are setup ink cartridges that are designed to initialize the printer.
• These are not available in local stores.
• It is not possible to bypass the use of setup ink cartridges in HP Photosmart 7250

Please contact our HP Support team for Service Options:

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

2) Select your product type below.

3) Enter the serial of your device.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Select the appropriate option based on your preference.

6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.

Hi Kumar,

This printer, and others like it, are over 10 years old. If you use the introductory cartridges that are in the box, they will likely mess up your print system since they are so old. This is why the OP (and I in a different thread) are looking for the ability to purchase new cartridges. Since they are out of warranty, will the process you outlined still work? Will HP be able to supply the intro cartridges?

Since the setup ink cartridges are not available in stores, HP support team can check if the introductory cartridges are available and assist you better in this case.
