My claim code says its invalid when I try to connect it to my account BUT when I tried to sign up for InstantInk it said the exact same number was claimed on another account. WHATS GOING ON?!

Note: Switching to Public Post as the private message box is not monitored & may result in a delay.
To reconfirm, you've resolved the issue simply, by disabling & reconnecting your wireless connection with the new claim code 😉 That's great news!
That said, I hate we couldn't resolve the issue on our forums in this particular scenario, however, if you don't mind clicking on accept as solution, as people in the community with similar issues, would know where to look or what they need to expect to resolve this issue.
