Since switching my network to CenturyLink, I cannot connect my printer to the network.  The network is visible, but after entering the password, the printer responds "Invalid passphrase."  The printer will not connect with via the push button option, either.  Firmware and all drivers have been updated.  I have gone through every "help" article I could fine.  I think HP needs to update the firmware to work with newer networks.  Any other solutions other than buying a new modem/router?  All of my other devises work fine with the new network.  My next step is to buy a new prrinter....it won't be an HP given the brand does not appear to work with new networks.  Very disapppointed.  Virtual assistance is no help, either.

Hello,

Hope you are well,  for this issue, here is the a recommended troubleshooting:

- from the printer menu, please go to settings, network set up and select link speed , then please select 100TX full

- then restart the printer, one machine comes back up to the ready screen, please proceed reconnecting the printer to the network by using the set up menu again.

- Network set up > wireless menu > wireless setup wizard > select the name of the Wifi and insert the correct password for the internet.
