Is 680 ink number compatible to hp dj ink advantage 2135?

I bought my printer in dubai the HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 2135 with ink number 652 black and colored. I'm living now here in the philippines, long enough my ink were  started to turn low on my colored ink. But the black still way more than the colored one. Since i'm now residing here in the philippines, 652 is no longer available here so i need to find the compatible ink as my replacement to my 652 which is not locally available. As i search the internet it leads me to 680 ink number in which according to the website of hp here in the philippines is compatible. so i replace then the empty 652 colored ink with the black 652 is still inside. As i open the printer it read the 680 ink but it still empty as shown and the botton of the colored ink is blinking? is it really compatible? or i have to have change the 680 black ink for it to work?
