Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi,

I happily bought HP 4R photo paper to print 4R photos for my home, thinking it'll reduce the effort to go to photo shops. 

Spent the entire morning troubleshooting, but I still get white borders on my 4R which can't fit any photo frame. Updated all the software too. 

 

Can't find any helpful solution online on HP nor Google. The HP virtual assistant can't help as it's canned answers. 

 

Can anyone please confirm that the  HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 2060 just can't print borderless photo?
