Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Officejet 6700 printer displays "failed printhead".  Need to find suitable replacement.

@spacemajor, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

This is a hardware failure with the printhead of the printer. Refer to this document for more info. If the issue persists after trying a hard reset, please contact our HP Support team for Service Options:

1) Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true

2) Select your product type below.

3) Enter the serial of your device.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Select the appropriate option based on your preference.

6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.

 

Note: The printhead on a HP Officejet 6700 Premium e-All-in-One Printer is Non-Removable.
