Product: HP ENVY 4520 All-in-one
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to print a document on 110# Cardstock, which the HP ENVY 4520 should be able to handle, but it isn't handling it. It keeps jamming even after I have made sure that all software updates were done and I changed the paper to Specialty Matte. It still keeps jamming on me. I've tried with one sheet in the printer, as well as with multiple sheets in it...still nothing. I'm at a loss and I really need to get this document printed!!

 

Suggestions? Ideas? Help..please!

HP Recommended

In printer specifications, media weight supported is 16 - 24 lb.

How sure are you that printer can handle 110lb paper?
