Dear all, 

 

I am facing an issue with my printer via WiFi.

everytime I try to print, I just get:

 

ErrorCode 11-1112

Lin 1567

Version: SPL-C 5.87 09-22-2014

System: src/os_hook

Incomplete sesssion by time out

 

Printer is on latest firmware (if you tell me how to read it out i can tell you which one it is)

Printer driver is on latest firmware according to HP/Samsung (this is the one from the official homepage 06/21/2006 .. Version 10.0.19041.1)

Windows is Win10 64 bit

 

what can i do ?

Hi,

From your description I suggest ensuring that the latest firmware is installed indeed, the latest version is 4.00.04.05 from November 2016.

 

Is the printer connected with any cable to a computer or your router or wirelessly?

 

Are you able to access the printer menu to print any report in order to verify this?

yes, the actual firmware is the lastest version found in the official HP page:

This screenshot is from the flashing tool 

 

Via USB I can print, scan, ect without any issue; totally as it should be.

USB-Port is the same (USB Stick on the connector next to the paper outlet)

only WiFi does not work

(all for the exactly same file)

 

WiFi was tested on different clients already; WiFi simply does not work and always results in 11-1112

 

For WiFi we are using  FRITZ!Box 7530 with fixed IP and 2.4GHz and DHCP

Settings: n/Wi-Fi 4, 20 MHz, WPA2, 1 x 1

I can also access it via the IP address (SyncThruTM WebSevice is opened then)

 

I can login via "admin" and the default "sec00000" and play with the settings...

I just tried to print from an Android mobile; thats another error ... any Idea ?

looks like scanning via WiFi is not the issue, so the communication and latency ect should be OK.

 

any ideas from anyone ... I am losing my confidence in HP/Samsung somehow
