Let's try this again:
My power light is blinking but the power will NOT turn on. It will not connect in any way. I have went through ALL of the trouble shooting with every person I have spoken to. It is connected directly to my wall outlet, it is now connected directly to my laptop, my laptop is up to date on all updates, it is next to my router/modem, factory reset does not work, remote access did not help. I have not changed anything, touched anything, moved anything since I purchased it in February and it just stopped working yesterday 5/12/2025. If this needs to be escalated, escalate it. Thanks you!
