Every time I try to print wirelessly it says the printer is off-line even though it’s not. The only way I’m able to print wirelessly is if I shut the printer down and then turn it back on and try again. This is been happening since I bought the printer several years ago. I have a Mac Big Sur 11.1 which is not listed in the options above. I have even hardwired the printer to the computer and I still have the same issue. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the printer software which doesn’t work I have re-connected the Internet and reStarted the router a number of times none of which lead to a permanent fix. Does anyone else have this issue or have a solution?

I have what sounds like the same issue with an HP 3830 Office Jet.  I put in a post back in the Spring of 2020 and followed up to a point so had to re-submit.

I just recently put in another post.

I haven't fixed this yet and am waiting to work with whomever replies but rather than power cycling the printer, I have turned wifi off then back on and that fixes it temporarily.

This is the link to my post and I will follow yours to see if we get a solution.  I know other folks have had similar issue but I haven't seen a specific resolution.
