Product: HP Officejet Pro 8620 e-All-in-One Printer

HELP...1ST TIME ON THIS SITE....CONFUSING.  JUST BOUGHT A NEW HP 8034E PRINTER.  MY OLD HP 8620 DIED AND I HAVE NUMEROUS OLD CARTRIDGES FROM THE 8620.  I WAS TOLD I COULD EXCHANGE THE OLD ONES FOR NEW ONES TO FIT THE 8034E.  CAN ANYONE HELP ME WITH THIS?  THANKS

Were you told this by HP or was it a store that was selling the product? I ask because I see nothing on the HP Supplies and Return website about this. https://www.hp.com/ca-en/hp-information/recycling/ink-toner.html#section=highlight
