Product: HP OfficeJet 3830

My paper keep getting jam in side my printer. I clean the paper roll, reset in, checked if any paper is stuck and made sure the paper is placed right. I dont know what else to do. Please help me.

Welcome to HP forums, I see that you are getting paper jam error.

 

Update the printer firmware

Refer this HP document to update the printer firmware:- Click here

 

You can also try the steps mentioned in this document:- Click here
