HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M479fdn

We just started using a new printer, HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M479fdn. I'm able to add the printer to most of the computers, but some of them are presenting this issue: 'Job Aborted: Failure in UIO CreateAddressFromIPAddress,' and I'm not sure what it is. I don't think it's a network issue because it's working on other computers, and the computers where I'm having the issue are on the same network and fully connected

Are you connecting IP direct or using a print server?

Hello, we are also getting the same error on just one of our computer out of many in our company. We are using a print server. Is there any solution to this? Our computers are currently using Windows 10 and this computer has been receiving the same error for a couple of months now with no solutions found.
