Product: HP ENVY Inspire 7920e All-in-One Printer

Brand new Envy Inspire 7900e printer, just setting up no paper loaded but carriage jam error keeps coming up on screen.  Have tried it with and without the ink cartridges and error still comes up.  Have removed plug waited 12 hours and error still comes up.  There is no paper or cardboard packing, I have checked thoroughly.  Can anyone help please.

Same exact issue and tried everything shown.  Also, had never even inserted paper yet.  Ready to return for another model.
