Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just replaced the printhead on my Office Jet 7612 wide format and there is a piece that came loose somewhere that I cant find where it goes and the machine will not work.  It appears that the part number is CR 769-40117.  Help please and thank you!!!

If you have a disassembled or broken part inside the printer, it is a hardware issue. 

 

Please contact our HP Support team for Service Option:

 

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

2) Select your product type below.

3) Enter the serial of your device.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Select the appropriate option based on your preference.

6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
