Hi @nuuch,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP printer is displaying the error code B3DBFBEB, it usually means there is an issue with the printer's firmware. Here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue:

  • Power off the printer: Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source. Wait for a few minutes and then plug it back in.
  • Update the firmware: Go to the HP Support website and check for any available firmware updates for your printer model. Download and install the update following the instructions provided.
  • Reset the printer: Press and hold the power button on the printer for at least 15 seconds. Release the button and wait for the printer to turn off. Turn the printer back on and see if the error code has disappeared.
  • Contact HP Support: If the above steps do not resolve the issue, contact HP Support for further assistance. They may be able to provide additional troubleshooting steps or recommend a repair or replacement if necessary.

It's important to note that error codes can sometimes be indicative of a larger issue, so it's best to address them as soon as possible to prevent further damage or malfunctions.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
