Product: HP ENVY 5030 All-in-One Printer

Ho bisogno urgentemente di aiuto. Da oggi incredibilmente quando lancio il processo di stampa dalla mia stampante HP ENVY 5030 il foglio mi esce totalmente bianco sia se lancio la stampa a colori sia se la lancio in bianco e nero. Le cartucce son piene e non sono in fase di finimento; ho provato a pulire le testine, a togliere e rimettere le cartucce ma niente, ho sempre lo stesso problema. Qualcuno mi puo' aiutare a risolvere il problema. Grazie mille.
