I have a problem with a Laserjet M452dn printer.  Unfortunately the printer is out of warranty.   Frequently, when the user tries to print out a document the printer will display a 59.0f code.  Then it will ask to turn off to clear it.  However, the printer continues to display the code after 1 document or 2 documents. 

 

I have reseated the toner cartridges. I don't think that is the fix. I am not sure if the problem is fuser related or a sensor. 

 

Is this problem an easy solution to fix or does it require spare parts to be purchased?

Thanks for the reply.  So this error 59.0f is a common issue with certain HP models?  How does this error relate to the firmware being outdated?  Most likely, I will try the USB cable method to flash it.

Read the instructions included with the file from the Dropbox link carefully as this is done a little differently than standard firmware updates. As this update only applies to the DC controller you still need to update the printers firmware as well by downloading it from support.HP.com.
