The FW Datecode 20250209 has caused an Error 11 to constantly flash on my printer display. The HP Smart App tells me that the supply is not communicating. This is a brand new toner cartridge from HP. I see several message bords online with others complaining about this same issue, but no solution as of yet. I have downloaded the latest FW Datecode 20250310, but I am not able to install it do to the Error 11. I have tried connecting the printer to my computer via USB, I factory reset the printer, and even attempted the power cycling for 60 seconds. My printer is currently bricked!!
