Labels

I have 23,071 names in excel, and I  want to put some of those names on labels. How can I print some of those names and not all of the names. Example,  I tried to highlight 30 names to print on 30 labels and my printer started to print all of the names I have in excel. I had to stop the Printing process.

This proposed method could be rather painful if you need to select (for example) 3000 names -- it should / might work as explained for smaller sets.

At the least, it might show you a place to start looking for the best solution for your situation.
