HP Envy 5055
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Our HP Envy 5055 Printer is only about a month old. It was working fine, now everything printed has about 3 inches of space at the top of the page, and the bottom printing is cut off. The same thing happens when printing an alignment page, so the computer is not the problem.

Does this happen while copying too?

 

Try a firmware update: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168
