HP LaserJet M608

Hi,
We have a LaserJet M608 printer Since the maintenance kit was replaced ( fusor unit and rolls) the printer continuously show "41.03.A2" or "Mismatch Error" on tray 2. I checked and reinstall the rolls, even I replaced the "Size detect switch" and test with an other new tray but the error persist. what else should I need to check? please let me know!

Does printer boot up to the 41.03.A2 error or does it occur after print job is initiated?

Thank you!

The printer start with out any issues, after print some pages is when start to show the error. I run the "paper path test" some times print 10 pages with out errors, then it show the "Mismatch paper error" I noticed que the paper was jammed just in the pickup roller but never show an error due paper jam just Mismatch paper size.

Once thing to check is the separation roller (roller that is installed last and sits on bottom of chassis.) There are two versions of this roller. The roller body can be either black or white. Black ones are designed for monochrome printers and the white ones are for color printers. Using the white roller in a monochrome printer can cause feeding issues.
