Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have a Laser Jet Pro 500 color MFP M570dn. The printer is not responding to the computer's print commands, the printer's touch screen doesn't respond and the orange and green icons keep flashing on and off. The computer print screen shows the print commands in the que. I've turned off and rebooted the printer several times and that doesn't fix the problem. Help!

Perform an engine test as documented here https://printcopy.info/index.php?mod=ts&brand=HP&model=LaserJet+M570dn+Pro+500+Color+MFP&tID=2300

 

If the engine test works then the most likely issue is a bad main board (formatter).
