It is only printing out all black pages.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you. 
It sounds like you're experiencing a frustrating issue with your HP LaserJet Pro M15w printer. Here are a few steps you can try to resolve the problem:

Power Cycle the Printer

  1. Turn off the printer.
  2. Disconnect the power cable from both the printer and the wall outlet.
  3. Wait 60 seconds.
  4. Plug it back in and turn it on.

Check the Toner Cartridge

  1. Open the cartridge access door.
  2. Carefully remove the toner cartridge.
  3. Inspect for:
    • Excess toner leakage.
    • Damaged drum or wiper blade.
    • Toner cartridge improperly installed.
  4. Gently shake the cartridge side to side (if it's not leaking) and reinstall it.⚠️ If the toner is a third-party or refilled cartridge, try replacing it with a genuine HP 48A (CF248A) toner cartridge.

Print a Self-Test Page (no PC involved)

  1. Turn the printer off.
  2. Press and hold the Resume/Cancel button.
  3. While holding it, turn the printer on.
  4. Continue holding the button until the Attention light blinks once, then release it.The printer should print a configuration/self-test page.➡️ Check if the test page is also fully black. If yes, the issue is definitely hardware-related (toner or internal printer component).

Driver or Software Conflict Check (if test page was fine)

If the self-test page is not black, but only documents from your PC are black:

  1. Reinstall the driver:
    • Go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
    • Right-click on your printer > Remove Device.
  2. Download the latest driver for Windows 11 from HP's support site.
  3. Try printing from a different program (e.g., Notepad vs. Word).

Firmware Update

Sometimes a firmware issue can cause abnormal print behavior.

  1. Visit the HP M15w support page.
  2. Download and install the latest firmware.
