Product: HP LaserJet Pro MFP M428fdw

Hi,

I've encountered an error with the LaserJet printer M428dw while attempting to print from my Android mobile device using HP Smart app. An error message with code B8778EE4 appeared with blue screen, and the printer does not allow me to perform any actions. I had to switch it off, but the issue persists. Could anyone please help me? Thanks in advance.
