Product: LaserJet Pro 4002dw

When I start up the printer I get the usual fan noises and HP loading screen, then the screen goes white with no menu options (pressing the menu buttons does nothing).  There is a flashing green/yellow circle, red/orange triangle below the screen and a blue flashing button,  Sometimes pressing the blue button gives the message '0XB81F368C ERROR CODE' on the screen, but if I then press anything else after that the screen goes grey and I can't do anything more.

 

I have tried connecting directly via USB instead of the network and the laptop can see the printer, but says it is offline.  I have tried hard resetting by pulling out the power cable, which I saw recommended in other similar posts, but this has not worked, any help would be greatly appreciated.
