Product: Laserjet M1217nfw MFP
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Once I plug in the printer, it powers on and comes to ready state for a few seconds, then it rebooting itself and keeps rebooting there after.

 

Firmware datacode: 20201023

Software driver version: 20100428

 

Please let me know if you have seen this issue before and have a solution.

Search youtube for video instructions or Google on how to cold reset M1217 M1212 M1215 the steps are the same, which will restore the printer to factory settings.
