I have a Laser Jet M15W. It is a direct print. It keeps giving me an error message when trying to print. I have uninstalled the printer then reinstalled. Turned both computer and printer off then back on. The printer is fine with printing from another dell laptop and from both of our phones but will not print with this Dell Inspiron 15. Dont have any more ideas.
