Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm not able to find any info to hard reset this Laserjet PRO 4001 stuck with this error message after several reboots.

Error code: 0XC9C6006

The printer cannot start or even accept any commands. When restarted, the message "loading the software" stays forever until this error code.

Tks you guys.

do you get the same result if you all network and usb connections disconnected?

Thank you for your help!!

Yes, I've tried this connected and disconnected. The weird thing is I may not find info about this error message. The printer

keeps saying "loading the software", and I couldn't find as well a way to hard factory reset this specific model.

Tks

Paulo
